Financial and Insurance Policies:

We accept Cash/Check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Care Credit, which you can apply for HERE. Patients who have dental or medical insurance should know that all professional services furnished are their responsibility. As a courtesy to you, we will complete your insurance forms. However, in the event that your insurance company for any reason does not pay the estimated portion of the bill, the balance will become the patient’s responsibility and will be billed directly to you.

The fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. If endodontic treatment is indicated and decided upon, a fee will be quoted. This fee includes all necessary radiographs (x-rays) taken during treatment, all routine office visits needed during normal endodontic treatment, and routine post-treatment recalls and checks. Any circumstances requiring additional procedures (i.e.: post and core build-ups, additional diagnostic appointments, microsurgery), unforeseen complications (i.e.: additional roots, calcified canals), or any other visits other than during normal office hours are subject to additional charges.

A late payment charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on statements outstanding 90 or more days from the date of treatment. We will provide and prepare our standard insurance forms and any necessary reports to assist you in making collections from your insurance company.

If it is necessary for us to order laboratory tests such as a biopsy, you will be billed directly by them and will be responsible for payment of that bill.

Office Cancellation Policy:

Our office is dedicated to honoring your appointment time which is reserved exclusively for you. We respect your time and will make every effort to keep your from waiting. We request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to patients who do not reschedule their appointment without adequate notice, or who fail to keep their scheduled appointment.

Infection Control:

Our practice exceeds the highest standards of infection control advocated by the American Dental Association, the CDC, and OSHA. We utilize the latest barrier techniques and autoclave sterilization to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art endodontic care while maintaining a strict operating protocol.

X-Rays:

X-ray procedures are an essential part of quality endodontic therapy. Our office utilizes the latest in digital radiography. Among the advantages of this process is up to a 90% reduction in patient exposure to radiation and improved image definition.
